Victor Manzo: You have to realize that you're the creator of your life. And I said this earlier, and the same thing here in this situation that, the law of duality or the law of polarity will show that if you see something in one element you saw 90% of the purging of some right there. It's just like the great depression. A lot of people, you only hear the story about the great depression on how bad it was for people in society, in America and all that.
But no one ever tells about the other side of the story, where there were tons of millionaires that were being created and all this other growth. Jonathan Green: Hello, and welcome to another amazing episode of Serve No Master podcast. We have a very amazing guest with us today. Who's had an amazing journey from growing up in a blue-collar on businesses and ventures. I'm really excited to hear about his journey, Victor, welcome to the show. Victor Manzo: Thanks for having me on brother.
Jonathan Green: I'm really fascinated by people who enter entrepreneurship from different lives and different kind of backgrounds. Cuz we often think, oh, I can't do it cuz of this background, people from other background, I coming from some of the beliefs your family passed on to you and the moment of transition where you go, I'm gonna try something different. Victor Manzo: Yeah.
I think the biggest thing for me was my family did a great job and I'm very blessed to have the family and the parents I had cuz they showed me what I didn't want. Again, blue-collar family, my dad worked two jobs almost two full-time jobs sometimes just to make ends meet. So, did my mom had at least two or three other jobs and to see them do that work and then to struggle the finances, right?
Where you hear arguments or you hear people value finances, or people had money. And it was just like, it propelled me to be like, I'm not going to live that life. I want to have a whole different life than that. Now I didn't have it all figure it out. I never wanted to be a chiropractor. I never was in my mind to be a chiropractor. I was exposed to it at around nine and a half years old.
My mom has been going for over 37 years and it was one of those things where I just never had interest in that I was looking at like being an accountant or a lawyer or chef, or even an architect. Something that I would at the time, my programming was, what are you gonna do? That's gonna make good. That's where my mindset was rather than doing what I love.
Even though you heard that often, there was always that no, make sure you do something to make good money. And my dad always tried to push me into computers because he's like there's a lot of good money in computers and that's where I originally started. But yeah, that was my motivation to strive for something, but to become a chiropractor. Literally I had health issues that showed up at 19 years old. That didn't make any sense. Again, my mom's a fitness instructor, a yoga instructor.
So, I seen her growing up. She used to work with what's his name? The guy who did he had the Afro hair like Simmons. His last name is I think, anyhow, the funny guy, very animated, but long story short. So, I saw eating well, taking supplements, eating good nutrition, exercising that's health, and. So, that's what I thought it was. And then 19 years old playing rugby fair is in the state being in the best shape of my life.
Yet my health kept declining and it just got worse every month and it didn't make sense. And it wasn't until my mom persuaded me instead of going to the medical doctor, go see Dr. Frank that's, who I used to go to before and long story short, he changed my life. And my whole health, everything drastically changed in more ways than I can explain. And that's where I was like, you know what?
This is where my first mindset shift was like, okay, can I be successful as a chiropractor? Can I make enough money to the goals where I wanted to go? But the bigger thing was is how can I help people serve at that level? Because I knew what I had wasn't that severe. I didn't have a chronic illness. I didn't have a label on me, but yet I know there's people that do. And that's what propelled me to go in that direction.
Jonathan Green: I've been in this business for about 13 years entrepreneurship. And I notice a lot more chiropractors than doctors flip the switch and start writing books, trying actors different that there seems to be a much stronger entrepreneurship streak at least in my experience. Victor Manzo: Unless you're working for someone, you have to run your own business then. We have to be an entrepreneur. We have no, because it's run like that. There is a medical point to it. There's certain things we can't do.
Like let's say we create a partnership and you're referring patients to me. I can't give you money back to a certain degree or pay you affiliate fee or whatever that is because that's called a kickback. That's illegal. So, there's some medical standards that's come into that, but it's very entrepreneurial and you have to be entrepreneur. As coaching chiropractors, it's part of my coaching practices. I always tell 'em you can't be a chiropractor. You have to be an entrepreneur.
If you're gonna be a chiropractor, you're gonna fail in business, or you're gonna be a mediocre. But if you wanna be an entrepreneur, if you're gonna be an entrepreneur, then you're gonna thrive as a chiropractor, cuz there's so much that we can do. And we're not top business in school at all. Yeah. They tell you business, being a business major myself.
When I was going through school and our school was considered to be more business like we had three business classes, it was a joke of a class to be honest. And I was like, this is not business. This is not even teaching you the elements of how to grow a business. But the other thing too about chiropractors though is we have a big burnout rate. So, you may see the flipping the switch on that also. 50% of chiropractors after five years are not practicing anymore.
So, there's a huge burnout to it also. Just look at entrepreneurship in itself, you look at where's the most burnout. You see it in entrepreneurs, you see it in that kind of profession, but that's thing, but chiropractors, we have to be entrepreneurial in some way, shape or form. The only negative about us is that we don't get taught that enough. That's where we see I think that 50% comes into rather than really leading more entrepreneurial type mindset with things.
Jonathan Green: Something that has always been interesting to me about 50 or 60 years ago, you could graduate high school with a certificate or a qualification as a plumber, an electrician or mechanic. And they've taken all that outta school. And it's much more shifted, more and more towards liberal arts. We don't have skills. When I graduate high school, I didn't know the difference between APR and APY. You don't learn how to sew. You don't learn how to cook.
And for me, sewing has come up a lot more often than trigonometry. I've never been in a triangle based emergency ever. It's never come up. I was like, man, if there's a situation with a bridge, I know what to do, and it's never come up. But I've twice in my life had to try to glue the soul back on my shoe, cuz the bottom of the shoe fell off. And by the way, shoe glue. It doesn't do what the name says. It's a big old lie.
It's the biggest lie I've ever seen on a product. Cuz two times I've tried to glue the bottom of shoe back on both times. It didn't work two different shoes. That's come up to me more often. But I think you're exactly right. That even in a lot of business schools, they don't teach the real practical, nitty gritty. They don't talk about things. What do you look for in a bank account?
I don't know anyone who learned that in educational environments oh, here's how to check bank fees and decide what's the right bank for. Here's how to, assess credit cards or to, should you go for the money cash back. You should go with the airplane miles. And those are things that be, are become very big for entrepreneurs cuz they make a big difference. And so, I'm very interested in this. You are right.
As I think about it, I started off as an off liner, which is someone who sells like online services, like SEO videos, web design, anything to small businesses. And the dream client is always either car dealership or chiropractor. And the one thing that chiropractors have figured out that I try and teach people in other areas is the idea of the bundle. And this is something that chiropractors figure out. Because it used to be, you buy you say, oh, I'm coming for one visit.
You pay for one visit. You're gone. But then chiropractors say, oh no, if you buy package of 10, I give you 11th for free, or it's a get a discount for buying a larger quantity. And actually, I just saw someone doing this in making TikTok videos for clients. It was very interesting. The price per video was significantly lower if you ordered 30, instead of one video for a hundred dollars, you get 30 for a thousand. And I was like, that is a genius move.
She must know a chiropractor. So, it's very fascinating area of entrepreneurship to me because you guys are the first ones who are at the forefront of some ideas of figuring out how to maximize client value and get people to come back. My mom is the same. She's been going to chiropractors for 60 years and it just becomes a big part of your life. It's something I've always been around. So, I guess my next question for you is you've now transitioned from doing full-time chiropractor.
Is that correct? Victor Manzo: Yes. Jonathan Green: I'd love to know about that moment. So, what was the impetus of the moment where you go, I wanna enter my next phase of life. What motivated you? What was that experience like? Victor Manzo: Yeah, this all starts at 12 years old, to be honest. I always had an interest in life and to be honest, I told my mom that I wanted to figure out this thing called life.
Now, the reason why I said that was is cuz I didn't understand why some people suffer and some don't. I didn't understand why I couldn't get all the toys and all the video games, but I had friends and family members who had five, six different consoles, 50, 60 games, a piece on each of those and all the toys. And I was just like why am I in this life? And they have that life. And it just used to frustrate me.
So, I said, I'm gonna figure this thing out. So, I've always had in the back of my mind, had something on mindset, but it didn't come to the forefront of my life until I was in chiropractic school because not only did I go to chiropractic school, but at the same time, I started to study outside of chiropractic school, energy medicine, and different techniques and energy healing and how energy works. And there were quantum physics principles and all these different things I wanted get in.
I got into spirituality and you name it and how I wanna know the deepest layer of how healing works. But what I got out of that was learning also how life works, because what worked in health also worked in finance, which also worked in your relationships and also worked in bussiness. You you name it. But I had to get to a point in my career to where I understood that it all came to the mind and that's where it led me after school.
When I started having my own business and I started to apply some of these things, universal laws. I started to look at my limiting beliefs. I started to see the baggage I carried from before conditioning from family members. That gets passed down, things that are what we call ancestral curses that genetically we've been proven to show that there's actually, there is truth that we pass down our experiences of life, to our offspring and the good and the bad.
And there came a point that I got to five years in my career. I hit my financial peak from listening to everybody, but there came a point where I wasn't living my life, living my truth. And that's when I said, enough's enough, I'm gonna take everything I know. And I'm just gonna apply to what I know and just see where it takes me. And this is where I started to go against the grain of what we're taught in entrepreneurship.
Like you gotta work long hours to be successful. I think what they teach is 60, 80 hours minimum a week. When you first start your business or you gotta grind and hustle, you gotta put sweat equity in. Or even in business school, they tell you about opportunity costs, which is also another name for sacrifice. And you have to sacrifice things in order to get to success. And so, that was my old conditioning too. And then I said, I'm not gonna do that. There is no sacrifice.
Why can't I have it all? Because if I'm truly the creator of my life, these are the questions I was asking myself. If I'm truly the creator of my life and I'm coming from a biblical standpoint, I was created in the likeness image of God. I should be able to choose what I want to create for my experience. And universal laws will support that quantum, physics supports that neuroscience supports all this.
So, I was like, I'm gonna do this well, two years into it, about a year and a half give or take. I did that. I was working 50% less making more. My relationship with my wife grew just as much as it did with the business. My finances did, my health did, my mindset did everything in my life was expanding together and I wasn't sacrificing one for the other. I would choose what I want to do. And I just did it.
And once I got to that point, this is where I started to do coaching. I've been doing it for about three years now. And I saw the message of an entrepreneur's motivational speaking and all that was doing. And I said, I need to make a change in that. I wanna be able to show a different world. Not saying people can choose what world they wanna go into. They can choose what I call Antonian physics, which is force base, which means you do X number of things.
Here's your percentage. Here's your numbers. You do this over a period of time. You'll get to the success. You're gonna take a lot of work to get there. And I think that's why entrepreneurs are very burned out. Because when you do a force base or Newtonian type base, there is a sacrifice, there's an offset to it. You have to give something up to do that.
Where in quantum there isn't, you can choose to be in this element and you can have what's called effortless action, which is when everything's in alignment, things work a lot easier. It's like a laser when the laser is focusing on something, it's all the amplitude of energy coming into one fine point and shooting at a certain area. And when you do that, when you take action, then it's going to work out for you.
It doesn't have to be such this grind and hustle that we've gave to accustomed to, to think of what it is. And that's what kind of, where I got inspired to make that transition. And then after a while I started looking at my practice and I said, I have a big practice, successful practice. Things are going really well. But my reach, wasn't what I wanted to be. I wanted to have a bigger impact. So, I had two options.
I could either open up more clinics or I could have gone into coaching full time. And my wife and I moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in December. And so, we let the business go cuz it was in Illinois, I'm from Chicago. So, it was a little hard to sell that business at the time with the climate of how things work. So, I was like, you know what, we'll let it go. And I'll go full time in the coaching and we'll make that transition.
And so, that's kinda the whole gist of why I ended up going full time into it, but that's the big purpose. Jonathan Green: You brought up something that I find very interesting. And I think a lot of people have, which are beliefs that hold them back. And it tells you a lot about someone's parents. Example is all rich people are evil or money is the root of all evil. And I often find that leads to self-sabotage.
We have these beliefs that if I become successful, all change. There's the fear of change to become a monster, right? Oh, if I become financially successful, I'll become like every billionaire, a monster. That belief can hold people back a lot. So, how can people, or how did you perhaps identify the beliefs that were holding you back and then change your approach to get into the other side? Victor Manzo: Yeah. I had to look back and see, there's two things.
And one, when I shared this with clients a lot is I had to find what triggered me, right? What was the thing that's showing up in my life as a pattern, because patterns in life are gonna give you clues and answers to something deeper? And I had so many negative living beliefs when it came to money. Like the money is a root of all evil. Or money goes to money, or you need money to make money. And it's all these different things I had.
And it was a self-trick journaling of going back. And one of the things I always share is like I had to look back and see, okay, where did this come from? What image, what situation, who told me this came up and you don't have to really figure this out per se, but it's really good if you can. And I just started looking and saying, okay, I had a fear of success. What if I get too big? And my life gets outta control.
Because I saw so many successful people having divorces or my dad would be like, look at people, have money are miserable. And he worked, he laid carpet. That was one of the things he did. So, he'd go, we sometimes go to these big, massive homes and he'll be like, yeah, this person, they don't get along, blah, blah, blah. And he'll just tell me a little bit and I'll just be like, see, look at or look how unorganized their life is.
And so, he'll always try to find that negative that would like support his limiting belief. And it was one of those things where I took that in at first and it came a point where I had to, what I was doing was not getting me to where I wanted to get to. So, I had to look at something else and it wasn't like, I just figured that out.
I fell to the floor many times, so eventually I got tired of falling on the floor to where I was like, okay, I need to look back and do something different. So, I started looking at all right, where is this whole programming? Cause the way the brain works, it's conditioned. And I knew zero to seven. Was that age range of where we're conditioned. That's where it's all imprinted. So, I was like, let me go look back and see. And I just started to do some self-reflecting.
You can do this in journaling. For me, it was meditation that works, but you can do it in so many ways, but all of a sudden it was just, I remember the time where a moment and I can just see it. And I was like, oh my goodness. That's when I took that in. And so, now what I would do is I just say I let that belief system serve me.
Well, now I'm going to choose a different belief system to serve, and I'm gonna put my power and energy into that. And so, I call it codes. It's you're just writing a new code. This is the code of your life. This is what it's going to be. There's no, if, and or, but you just have to really say, this is my new belief, and then you have to condition yourself and support yourself because unfortunately, neurology doesn't make a change like this.
You can make a change in your mind like that, but your neurology has to take time to condition and rewire to get to those new patterns. And so, this is where you do. Then when I made the changes, then I have to create a support system to hold me to it. And that can be something as simple as like putting a bracelet, a rubber band on your wrist.
And every time you go back to the old belief system, you can snap it or you can switch to the other bracelet. And then you just re reinforce what's that new belief system. Sometimes you can make that new belief system and affirmation that you practice daily. But it's something that you have to constantly just make sure you're keeping your energy in a certain place. That's what I did initially. What I teach clients now is just learn how to get into the feeling of it.
Know the feeling of when it shows up, because that's actually gonna give you more information and you're gonna be well more aware of it, knowing that lower energy. This is something you have to learn, cuz we're so taught to look outside ourselves instead of looking within. But if you use this body, this is the most technological advanced thing that's out there. And if you can learn how to use it. And become aware of it.
You can leverage your mind to be conditioned in a way to go, Hey, that feeling means this. This is what we know, how about we become aware of it, change it, and let's raise our vibration to this level. And then we can reinforce that new belief. And when I started to do this later on in my career, this may changes happen faster for me. So, I can really transmute through those belief systems.
Jonathan Green: There's some really specific entrepreneurial beliefs that seemed to have been created from thin air to block people. An example is there's this statistic that nine outta 10 businesses fail within the first five years or 50% fail the first year. And that's only if you include restaurants and that people that start a business and kind of don't really do it and don't really go into it, oh yeah, I started a blog and I wrote two posts.
If you include people that just actually try to start a business, the number's completely different. Of course, restaurants have the high failure rate. If you don't include them. They're like 80% of the failures. That's one of the things I remember. And that becomes this huge barrier, but it's the statistic that seems to have come from nowhere, like I've never met the five dentists they ask if they recommend toothpaste. And the one that says, oh, don't use toothpaste.
There's no dentist that have a 10 rule or five 50%, whatever different versions. It's always a different number. And the third version is you get advice, don't start a business. This will happen. And it's always from someone who's never done it. And so, they're giving advice often that's justifying their own inaction. Like, oh, I have to believe this. Or I have to say, oh, I should have done something. So, they pass it on.
So, with these specific entrepreneur beliefs, how would you approach them if you were starting over again, you were going back to younger version of yourself. How would you approach these particular barriers that they're so specific? They're so specific saying don't start a business. Victor Manzo: No, I went through it. So, like, when I got outta school, it was September, 2009. We all know what happened almost a year ago from the October, 2008.
And so, 2009, I come out and I have chiropractors telling me the new method is getting into groups. Don't go on your own. You're not gonna survive. People don't have money. Look at where we at in society. And I already was, thankfully I was aware enough to where I was like, no, that's just your limiting belief. That's your world that you're trying to persuade me about what's in your world and what you see.
And trying to have me see it the same way, literally 26 years old. That's what I'm saying. And I went out and I said, no, I'm gonna start my own business. And you know what if you're right. So be it, at least I went after it. That's always been my mentality.
So, even when someone says oh nine outta 10 businesses fail in five or whatever it is 50% the first year, that again, it's just like when it comes to science, being a chiropractor, I spend still to this day, even though I don't practice, I still spend at least two to four hours a week studying and research, cuz I always like to be on top of my game, even though I'm not practicing anymore.
I'm big in the health and I wanna know what health is so I can help myself out and my family. So, I tell my patients all the time, here's the science and here's the study, but just know that's just the average. That's just a commonality doesn't mean that you can fall into that. You may, but there's also the outliers to that too. And that's just pure static.
That's stats, we always have the main average and then there's deviations off that and there's outliers that come from there. And I said, I only say this because I'm usually an outlier. I don't know why, who knows you put the average stat into something of what you do and I'm gonna be usually on the outlier. I still haven't figured that out, but, and maybe it's a belief system I just don't know about, but long story short, you can, it's like I wrote my third book.
I talk about conditioning in the mind, if you believe, and you open up your door to that and you believe that to be somewhat true, then your reality's gonna be that. Quantum physics says how you see something is what it's going to be. That's the observer effect, keeping it very simple. If you understand that, if you take someone who says, Hey, nine and five out, 50% of businesses fail in the first year, you are gonna get into a fight mode. You're gonna go into survival.
You're gonna go into a primate aspect or the reptilian part of your brain. And so, now you're in the survival mode and you're gonna do everything that entrepreneurs taught you to. But looking at my life and when I went through, it's one of those things where again, if you realize that's just their limiting belief, choose what you wanted to believe. I started a business when we were in a recession, I started out thankfully.
I wasn't fully a corporation until 2012, but I had a doc who offered me an opportunity at 2010 to rent space out of her office in April. And I started a business just like that. Just like I was told, I could only do insurance in order to be successful. Running a cash practice will not thrive. People are all conditioned here. I started a cash practice. It took a little longer than I would've liked. I had some issues show up financially because of that.
But I think I was just a little over ambitious. And, but then, eventually I did go into insurance because of a coach, but long story short, my success wasn't determined because of that. It continually, if you look at the way I grew, it kept on compounding every year, regardless if I had cash or if I had insurance, but there's so many things that you can begin with. Everyone has a statement for something. Look at social media nowadays. Everyone has an opinion, a belief on something.
But it's up to you to what really matters to you and what really is your values and what do you really wanna see for yourself? And what do you wanna believe in? Because you can choose, you can either believe somebody else who can be empowering or limiting, or you can create your own. At the end of the day, there's no rules to this. You get to choose what you want. Jonathan Green: In my business.
Around 2016, 2017, there was a huge purge for people whose main business was Amazon. Amazon changed the rules for reviews. Every time they lose a lawsuit, the rules change. And I remember a bunch of people I work with were like, I gotta change business. And so, about 90% of people in my industry exited. And my first thought was I could have all their customers if I could figure out how to get over this hurdle.
And I think there's a thing where two people can see the same rock and one person says, if I get over that I can have nine, 10 times more customers. Cuz now there's so many customers available without being served. The competition's quitting. And other people are always looking for an excuse to quit. And I think for me, that's a big core mindset is how you approach it.
So, every time a bad thing happens, you can either go, if I can overcome this, all the people, they can't, that's my mindset. That's my opportunity. But so many people have that mindset of almost like they're always looking for why the program doesn't work or why the system won't work or why it's all false. They're always, I guess maybe the word a scam hunting or excuse hunting.
Where does that mindset come from and how would you recommend people to pivot away from that and start to use real data and start to look for opportunities to let go. And maybe even the word as being willing to be risky, say, oh, I'm gonna try things that are a little bit riskier that everyone says are dangerous because I want the opportunity. Victor Manzo: Yeah. It all stems from a low self-worth. That's where it is. You have a low self-worth of one self.
Maybe it was, parents, friends, family who knows it. For me, I had that, I have one of my biggest limiting beliefs is low self-worth because I've always had my power taken away. And then it came to a point where I was like, okay, it's then whatever. It's not about what I want or what I choose because no matter what, someone's gonna take it away. Hold me to it, or I have to wait until someone else chooses.
So, like some authoritarian figure, instead of me just choosing what I want and making it happen. And, so coming over those kind of things, and one of the first things is you have to realize that you're the creator of your life. I said this earlier, and it's the same thing here in this situation that, you can, the law of duality or the law polarity will show that if you see something in one element you saw 90% of the purging of some right there.
It's just like the great depression. A lot of people, you only hear the story about the great depression and how bad it was for people in society, in America and all that. But no one ever tells about the other side of the story, where there were tons of millionaires that there being created and all this other growth. Look at the pandemic. Everyone's saying how the economy was doing poorly and all this. Yeah.
What I think in my book, I said was like 56% of billionaires wealth grew during those times. Now, who knows why? I don't get into all the little things that could a day have done. Maybe they control things who knows, but I don't get into that. But the point I'm trying to make is that it's how, at the end of the day, what are you gonna give your energy to, that you wanna believe to be true?
Like you saw in a realm that was like, Hey, you know what? I can get all their cus if I could just figure out how right you already opened the door for that, you gave it an opportunity. And you had a viewpoint to that. Now, all of a sudden that's mindset, cuz you're looking at it from a growth perspective.
And when you see things from a growth perspective, you always know there's always growth in everything in life where a fixed perspective says, Hey, this is just what it is. So, I'm gonna give it an excuse of this or this is why, but what they're really saying is I'm not worthy of this. That's the end of the day. And it's a form of low self-worth, but it's also a form of self-sabotage.
Cuz if you keep looking for excuses, you're gonna find them and because you're giving your energy to that. So, at the end of the day, here's something you can do is just stops giving excuses. Stop look at what you can do every single day know that you are valuable enough and there are things. Do you have to figure everything out? No, you don't have to. Things will come to you. It's about where you put your energy and your focus to every day.
Because as long as you do that, the idea's gonna come. Something's gonna show up to you. It will happen. It's law. It's universal law that states these things. Even for myself, I'm a type a driver personality. And before I had to figure things out, like when I first got into business, I'm like, okay, people don't have a lot of money, so I gotta figure this out. I gave up all the excuses or I was giving 'em excuses, not to even, work with me.
And then there, there came a point where I'm like forget trying to get ideas. How about if I just keep the focus on my vibe and where I wanna be and see the visualize what I want to create. And I know that as long as I stay in that space, things will come. This is called effortless action. Cuz you don't have to try to figure things out. It'll just come to you. And when it does, you're like, oh, I didn't even think of that, man.
That's a genius idea. Let me run with that. And then all of a sudden you do and it becomes successful. It's the same thing. Like another example in my life as my books, I have a goal of writing 30 books and I don't have them figured out if you ask me what the next book is. I honestly, I can't tell you, I have no idea what it's gonna be, but they come to me and then when they come, it's ah, that's a good book.
I like that title. Okay, great. Let me go with. And then same thing with writing the book. It's just, I figure out the chapters what's the chapter should be well, when it comes to me, I'll start writing and then the chapter comes, I know the title. And then bam, I write the book and next thing 22 hours later, I have a book, not in a day time.
It's the amount of work I put in total, but it's one of those things where it's seeing to take, just honing in and knowing that, stop giving your power to excuses, cuz you're gonna have more of them. Know that if there's one situation in life, there's always an opposite to that too. And it's just which one you wanna give your power to? Which one do you believe in which one do you wanna experience?
And then, and literally when I say give your power, you're gonna focus there. So, you're not gonna say the economy's low, but I could still be successful. Here is 90% of the markets jumping out. I still can be successful in some way, shape or form. But if you're allowing all the distractions to pull you back news media, whatever it may be your profession you're in or whatever the experts are telling you.
If you're giving attention to that, it's gonna keep pulling you back to the other experience until you fully jump in. Jonathan Green: I think that's really good. It's that realizing you have more power than you think you do. That's where my life really changed when I realized that I have the ability to make things better. Cuz there's so many things we're taught in different areas of life, where you.
You don't have the ability to make a change you're born athletic or not athletic smart or not smart, good at business or bad at business. And life is not a dungeon. This dragons game where someone fills out the card and you can't reroll your talents or whatever the right words are. Like you can't change your skillset. There's so many things we actually have the power to change that we don't realize. And so, this has been a really great session. I really appreciate you giving the time.
